What Is A Home Inspection?
    A Home Inspection is a visual inspection of the general systems and components of the home to identify any system or component, which may be in need of attention, repair, and or replacement.  A full home inspection will cover virtually  everything from the foundation to the roof, and everything in between, both on the exterior and the interior.

Why A Home Inspector?
    Your new home will most likely to be the biggest investment you will ever make.  Can you, by looking at the home, be confident that it is in good shape, with no major deficiencies or potential hazards?  That's where a trained professional home inspector comes in.  Having a broad technical knowledge in building construction, design, and mechanical systems:  I will be able to analyze and evaluate the components and systems of the home;  and offer you a professional, comprehensive, unbiased report, based on my findings.  Thus, offering you the peace of mind, to make an informed decision.

When Should I Call A Home Inspector?
    You should call a Home Inspector before any contract or purchase agreement is signed, or at least make the contract or purchase agreement contingent upon the findings of the Home Inspection, to protect yourself and your investment.

Should I Be There?
    Yes and No...  It is not essential that you be present during the Inspection...  However, it would greatly benefit you to be there, so you can see what I see, and you and ask any questions you may have concerning the home.
