A Complete Home Inspection is one in which every visible and accessible area of the home is inspected...  from the ground to the roof and everything in between.

Limited Home Inspection

A Limited Home Inspection is one where only certain systems and or components are inspected  (such as the Heating and Cooling
System..  the foundation.. or the roof..)

USDA Home Inspection

A USDA Inspection is one where the bank or mortgage company is trying to finance the home through USDA funds;  in such cases the USDA requires certain information, and not a total Home Inspection.  Only the items requested are inspected and reported on to the bank, or mortgage company.
